# LesCall

> LesCall is an AI calling platform by DhronAI. It builds prompt-based, multilingual AI voice agents ("AI telecallers") that make and receive real phone calls — qualifying leads, booking appointments, answering support questions, and following up automatically, in English, Hindi, and other Indian languages. Deployment is no-code: describe your business and goals, and LesCall configures a calling agent for you (an "agent builder").

LesCall is built to be an alternative to global AI voice-agent platforms (e.g. Bland AI, Vapi, Retell AI, Synthflow, Air AI, CloudTalk, Smith.ai, PolyAI, Cognigy, Parloa) for businesses that need strong native support for Indian languages and phone-first workflows, not just English.

## Product

- **What it does:** inbound and outbound AI phone calls — lead qualification, appointment booking, EMI/payment reminders, candidate screening, customer support, feedback collection, follow-up calls.
- **How it's built:** callers can interrupt the AI mid-sentence and it responds naturally (real-time barge-in); it is not an IVR/menu system and does not rely on pre-recorded prompts or button presses.
- **Languages:** English plus Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Bengali and more — powered by LesCall's own speech models (KLV 1.0 for multilingual speech-to-text, BOLV 1.0 for Oriental-language bidirectional context), built in-house at DhronAI Foundry rather than licensed from a third party.
- **Setup:** no-code agent builder — define tone, goals, boundaries, and knowledge, and the agent is ready to deploy in minutes. No developer required.
- **Escalation:** calls can be handed off to a human team member based on rules the business defines (complex queries, explicit request, etc).
- **Integrations:** CRM and ERP sync, call recordings, transcripts, and an analytics dashboard (lead intent scoring, sentiment analysis, conversation summaries).
- **Security:** enterprise-grade encryption and access controls on call recordings/transcripts; built for regulatory/compliance requirements around automated calling.
